文派茶話會 （WordPress Tea Party） 線下交流活動組織及參與説明。

什麼是茶話會?

茶話會是一種傳統文化活動，通常指的是一羣人在一起品茶聊天，討論各種話題的活動。茶話會起源於中國古代，後來傳播到了其他亞洲國家和地區，如日本、韓國和越南等。

在茶話會上，人們可以暢所欲言，交流各自的看法和經驗，分享彼此的心得和感悟。

文派茶話會的創建標誌着國內的 WordPress 從業者有了自己的行業交流渠道，不再是侷限於 QQ 、微信以及各種亂七八糟的虛擬羣，現在你也可以在離你最近的城市和區域參加此類活動。

如何組織活動？

如無特殊説明，文派茶話會活動均為文派 （廣州） 科技公司授權舉辦的線下見面會活動，我們僅針對 wptea.com/party 已標註的地點、區域、場所提供贊助及宣發支持。

任何不在本站列出的活動均與文派科技無關聯，不提供任何安全保障，如要參加請謹慎赴約。

創建一場線下活動需要滿足幾個前提條件，首選應該是一個公共安靜舒適的環境，同時可以如果能提供一些簡餐茶飲為最佳，我們更多的是希望有既喜歡 WordPress 也能滿足這些條件的提供場所的用户參與其中，這樣既能交友也能帶去部分客流。

要求：

1. 文派茶話會的舉辦參與人數應最少不低於 5 人 （報名參與人數少於 5 人則自動取消）；
2. 需要是公開且地圖上可查詢的真實地址 （太過偏僻不好找的位置將不予審批）；
3. 需要明確告知是否為經營性場所及有無最低消費金額 （可收費但需符合市場標準）；
4. 需要提供活動簡要的交流議題大綱及活動方案 （可根據實際情況進行相應調整）；
5. 需要雙向實名後方可舉辦和參與茶話會 （保障參與者和組織者可及時聯繫）；
6. 舉辦人應在會後進行活動反饋 （未做反饋則暫停後續任何活動）；

類型：

• 如果您是在校學生：想要申辦校內的文派茶話會，需在前 1~3 個月提交活動申請及報名條目，同時聯繫文派公司獲取宣傳物料及相關的活動資源扶持，以便在本校內可匹配到有相關興趣的同學；
• 如果您是個體店主：想要申辦店內的文派茶話會，需在前 1~2 個月提交活動申請及報名條目，同時在平台支付活動保證金和開支預算信息，以便我司活動推流和匹配城市區域內感興趣的用户及朋友，用户在店內消費和店家商業行為與文派公司均無任何關聯，活動保證金將在順利結束 （取消） 後退回。
• 如果您是私人場所：想要申辦交友的文派茶話會，需在前 1~2 個月提交活動申請及報名條目，同時聯繫文派公司獲取宣傳物料及相關的活動資源扶持，以便在同城區域內可匹配到有相關興趣的朋友；
• 如果您是企業組織：想要申辦大型的文派茶話會/見面會，需在前 3~5 個月提交活動申請及報名條目，同時在平台支付活動保證金和開支預算信息，以便我司活動推流和匹配城市區域內感興趣的用户及朋友，相應企業和組織的商業行為與文派公司均無任何關聯，活動保證金將在順利結束 （取消） 後退回。

反饋：

• 活動組織者：文派茶話會的組織者有責任引導話題和記錄聊天內容等，記錄形式包括不限於文本、合影、拍照、錄音、 Vlog 等 形式，可與成員確定可行的方式後進行記錄留念，及後續上傳至文派茶館平台。
• 活動參與者：您可以對參與此次活動進行評價反饋，以便此據點優化調整和開展後續的活動。
